The Mareblù residence has always been attentive to the environment and it could not be otherwise, because we are surrounded by the beauty of still wild nature.

We have been producing hot water with solar panels since 2000, we collaborate in separate collection with an internal ecological station, we save water with flow regulators at taps and showers, we use low-consumption light bulbs as much as possible, we offer a bicycle shed to facilitate sustainable mobility In our Biobar we enhance local productions by carefully choosing small Tuscan farms, possibly organic, so that even in breakfast or aperitif you can savor the Maremma.

And if we don't find it here, we look for it further away, but in a fair and inclusive way.

News 2022:

1. In collaboration with the Scouts of Agesci GR3 we have created, in the pine forest overlooking the residence, an illustrated botanical itinerary, to introduce the typical plants of the area.
2. We are also bringing nature into the apartments, choosing the new furnishings of the Studios with particular attention to environmental sustainability and preferring natural wood.

All this is not enough, to strengthen our commitment to the environment we also need your help!

When you are here:

1. Collaborate in the separate collection of waste using the special bins.
2. Have the staff replace only the linen (sheets and towels) actually used, in order to limit the polluting discharges of the detergents used for washing.
3. Limit the use of air conditioning to the actual need, enjoying the natural coolness of the pine forest (there are mosquito nets !!!)
